I believe we all need to unlearn old habits and relearn emotional skills to build healthy relationships. What can get in the way? Emotional baggage.

As a compliment to and/or stand alone service, I offer appointments for releasing emotional baggage using The Emotion Code. This is separate from psychotherapy services, and it can be quite a beneficial addition to treatment in therapy.
The Emotion Code is a powerful process that releases the trapped negative emotions that the subconscious mind has stored in the body as a way of protection. Negative emotions have a lower vibrational energy, and when you have a build up of this energy, there are many impacts on our wellbeing, including inhibition of cognitive functioning in areas of focus, memory, learning, and reasoning and causing imbalances in the body. Plus, it does not feel as good as higher vibrational energy, like love!
Emotional Baggage
You know what I am referring to. Carrying around emotional baggage is detrimental to our mental, emotional, and physical balance. If left alone, this baggage ends up showing up in our lives; actually as a way to let us know that it wants to be released, but when we are used to carrying it around, it is difficult to recognize any positive aspect about it. The reality is, we stored the baggage ourselves, but we do not know how to let it go once it is lodged there. This is where the Emotion Code comes in as a helpful tool. Instead of digging through our conscious thoughts and trying to sort it out that way, we can ask the subconscious. The subconscious is a like a computer and has data from your entire life stored inside its hard drive. When we work with the subconscious to let go of the emotional baggage, we can do so efficiently, without revisiting the past with a magnifying glass.
